PRINT DESIGN
Print design is the centerpiece of the GROUP 5 GRAPHICS product suite. I have over 25 years experience in print design and production, including 10 years involvement before the advent of personal computers.

I have been involved in everything from magazine design to corporate marketing to direct mail advertising to display ads, plus lots more items that might fit in the "miscellaneous" category. In the last seven years I have concentrated on support products for the publishing community.

My customers are corporations that tend to fall in the $5M to $80B per year revenue category.

All work is done on Apple Macintosh® computers.

PRODUCTION ART/REDESIGN
Over the years a substantial portion of my income has been derived from completing large production jobs for design shops that had neither the patience nor the personnel to devote to such projects.

Also, I have been awarded a substantial number of redesign jobs, whereby customers needed to upgrade or update an existing document. For example, they might have needed to replace copy, reconfigure document size or format, design a new cover or introduce an entirely new design concept.

GROUP 5 GRAPHICS accepts QuarkXPress files from version 3.2 to 7.3, and InDesign files up to CS2. All work is produced at my company site. I do not provide consulting services or other client-site support.

WEB DESIGN
Web design/Flash animation is offered to established print clients on an as-needed basis. I can do an entire web site, create a working comp for a developer to complete, create banner ads and bricks and lots more. I have been working with HTML since 1994.

What I do not do is back-end programming, or any other server-side, interactive, data-driven technology. If your IT staff have this capability I am happy to furnish them with the graphics support needed to enhance any web site.
