Print Design work is priced using a formula that takes into account number of pages, page size, number of colors and relative level of difficulty for a given project. The exceptions to this formula are redesigns of large documents, which are priced on an hourly basis.

Web Design work is calculated using a different formula. I do not submit fixed prices for web work but will furnish a price range in which your job should reasonably be expected to fall.

All production work is priced on an hourly basis.

Additional Costs. Other costs such as stock photography, courier or shipping charges, or any other direct costs will appear on your invoice as line items.

Terms are Net 30. New customers will be asked to submit a 50 percent deposit at the beginning of projects, until a satisfactory credit history has been established. An invoice will be rendered at the completion of a project. For very large projects, I may ask to bill in monthly increments.

Credit Cards. GROUP 5 GRAPHICS does not accept credit cards.
